Basic Pizza Dough

Just your basic.  Quick and easy and tasty!  Enough for 2 pizza's.

1 1/4 cup water
4 TBS oil
4 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
4 tsp yeast

Load in bread machine. Run full dough cycle or take out after 20 minutes and let rest.  Letting it run full dough cycle and raise makes a lighter crust.  Not letting it raise makes a chewier crust, and I liked that better, plus not having to wait the full hour and 20 min. for the dough cycle to run through.  Spread on pan.  Add toppings and bake 20-25 min. at 425°
