2 cubes butter, softened
1 cup oil (I used canola)
1 1/2 cups sugar (I reduced this to 1 cup)
2 cups brown sugar (I reduced this to 1 1/4 cup)
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
5 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 lb chocolate chips
Cream butter, oil and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Add dry ingredients. Then stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Best when underdone and cooled completely.
