This is a very tasty and textured pizza crust. Makes one 12 inch thick crust pizza.
2 TBS olive oil
A tad less than 1 cup warm water (you may need to adjust water and flour for your altitude)
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
2 tsp honey
Load in bread machine. Take out after about 20 or so minutes of the dough kneading thoroughly. Dough should be sticky to touch without sticking to your finger.
Let rest for 5 minutes.
Spread on pan. Add toppings. Bake at 475° for 10 minutes or til cheese is bubbly.
