St. Patrick's Day Dinner

Dutch Oven Corned Beef

This is what I'm making for dinner today!!!  And this is how it all turned out:
I didn't have red or gold potatoes so used regular russets.  Which were ok, but not as good as red potatoes, I'm sure.  The meat, next time, I will cook longer and at a slower temperature so it falls apart with a fork.  Say about 4-5 at 300°  I plan to make this meal a St. Patrick's Day tradition.  (besides "just" corned beef and cabbage)
