Lindsey's Best Ever! Pancakes

Formerly known as "Betty Crocker!"  I love these pancakes, too.  They're healthy and less expensive than a mix.

1 large egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
1 TBS packed brown sugar
2 TBS vegetable oil
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Beat egg til fluffy.  Beat in remaining ingredients til smooth.  For thinner pancakes add 1-2 TBS milk.
