Whole Grain Pizza Crust

This was the best tasting "nutritious" crusts if you are looking to use more wheat flour in your meals.  Makes one 12" thick crust.

3/4 cups water
1 TBS olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 TBS minced garlic
1 TBS honey
2 cup unbleached flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 TBS cornmeal
1 tsp yeast

Load in bread machine and run through dough cycle.  Punch down.  Let rest--about 5 minutes and it's more elastic for stretching and shaping on the pan.  Add toppings and bake 10 minutes at 475°
